Job Overview
Job description:
- Oversee the accounting dailyoperation, and ensure the accounting procedures comply with company policies
- Prepare month end closing andfinancial report, assist in operating expense review function
- Ensure integrity of subsidiaries’accounting, including identifying and posting relevant journal entries,accounts and bank reconciliations.
- Analyze the financial accountsto manage company budgets, forecasts and business reports for the managementteam
- Drive business process alignmentamong other colleagues and improvement through change management
- Perform ad-hoc assignments asrequired
Requirement:
- BachelorDegree or above in accounting or finance
- 2 – 4 years of relevantexperience in reporting and audit is an advantage.
- Strong analyzing, problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to be given anobjective and move forward without a lot of explicit direction.
- Ability to adapt to change andoperate in a dynamic organization, while also managing competing priorities.
- Good interpersonal skills andthe ability to work effectively within teams.
- Good command of written andspoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Officesuite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint applications)
