Job Overview
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Proper recording of financial transactions and prepare accounting report
•Prepare cheques, invoices, vouchers, statement of accounts, trial balance, budget
•Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet with MYOB
•Prepare payroll document, and other documentary for disbursements;
•Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies, replace supplies as needed
•Assist the project team in doing the business proposals and project documentation for clients
•Preparing correspondence, documentation, and presentation materials
•Able to work outdoor and any ad hoc duties
Requirements:
•Be a qualified/part qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, CIMA)
•Proven work experience as an Accounting & Administrative Officer or similar role
•Experience with software like MYOB, MS Excel, MS Word
•Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Have high levels of professionalism, initiative, energy, creativity and flexibility
