Job Description

About this role:

  • Mainly working closely with Managing Director – Mr Alessandro Rosano
  • Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll.
  • Supervises and participates in the preparation of various financial statements and reports.
  • Installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures.

What You Will Do:

  • Maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records.
  • Directs, participates and review in cost analyses, forecasting, budgetary planning cash flow management, credit control and rate studies.
  • Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues on time.
  • Directs internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls.
  • Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.
  • Coordinates preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting.
  • Reviews financial statements with management personnel.
  • Liaise with bankers and help Bank Account Opening
  • Handling full set of Bank Documents & Transactions (EPS, Credit Cards, LC, D/P, etc)
  • Prepare tax Planning, profit tax return, tax computation and tax correspondence;
  • AR, AP, Prepare vouchers, Issue Invoices, Debit Note, Receipts
  • Prepare the Bank Reconciliation and accounting schedules
  • Debt collection – follow up Accounts Receivable
  • Assist to change/design/implement/maintain of accounting systems, and inventory systems
  • Assist to train new/existing staffs for the usage of the company system and software and fix / maintain computer problems
  • Establishment of New Companies, Business Units & Operations (Both of Hong Kong and other countries)
  • Conveyancing (handling the sale process, and coordination with property agent and lawyer)
  • Calculation of commissions for external agents
  • Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • 7 years or above of solid relevant experience with recognized professional qualifications;
  • Able to work independently with strong initiative under minimal supervision for dynamic projects settings;
  • Previous exposure in multicultural environment and corporate development projects is highly desirable;
  • Detailed minded, proactive, strong problem-solving, coordination and organization skill;
  • Strong interpersonal skills including written and communication skills;
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Advance Excel modeling and analytical skills, knowledge of SAP or similar system is an advantage;
  • Strong track record of managing deliverables from multiple parties to meet deadline;
  • Immediately available is an advantage.
