Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints and follow up as necessary;
- Provide administration and clerical support to the division;
- Co-ordinate various in-house departments to achieve the target
- Assist any ad hoc project as and when assigned
Requirements:
- F. 5 or above
- Preferable with 1 year of relevant working experience
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Strong sense of responsibility, well organized with good communication and customer services skills
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Friendly, responsible, customer-oriented, self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work as a team member
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
