Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries or complaints and follow up as necessary;
  • Provide administration and clerical support to the division;
  • Co-ordinate various in-house departments to achieve the target
  • Assist any ad hoc project as and when assigned

Requirements: 

  • F. 5 or above
  • Preferable with 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well organized with good communication and customer services skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Friendly, responsible, customer-oriented, self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work as a team member
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
