Job Overview

Provide daily administrativesupport to the sales team

  • Monitor and followup on quotation, schedules, invoices and payments

  • Coordinate with bothinternal & external business related parties

  • Assist in preparing costsheets, sales and presentation materials

  • Perform ad-hocassignment as required

     

  • Requirements:

    • Degree holder inBusiness Administration or any related disciplines

    • Minimum 2 years ofworking experience on sales administration/coordination

    • Fluent in English,Cantonese and Putonghua

    • Customer-orientedwith strong communication and interpersonal skills, presentable, independent, detail-mindedand able to work as a good team player

    • Able to work underpressure and meet tight deadlines

    • Proficient inMicrosoft Office package

    • Immediateavailability is highly preferred
