Job Overview
Provide daily administrativesupport to the sales team
Monitor and followup on quotation, schedules, invoices and payments
Coordinate with bothinternal & external business related parties
Assist in preparing costsheets, sales and presentation materials
Perform ad-hocassignment as required
Requirements:

Degree holder inBusiness Administration or any related disciplines

Minimum 2 years ofworking experience on sales administration/coordination

Fluent in English,Cantonese and Putonghua

Customer-orientedwith strong communication and interpersonal skills, presentable, independent, detail-mindedand able to work as a good team player

Able to work underpressure and meet tight deadlines

Proficient inMicrosoft Office package

Immediateavailability is highly preferred
