Job Overview
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting into the Project Leader and Managing Director;
· Assisting in review of accounts, forecasts, financial reporting and compliance under accounting standards (USGAAP, IFRS/ HKFRS), for public listing on various Stock Exchanges (e.g. Nasdaq, SGX, HKEx);
· Assisting in coordination of external advisors and auditors on tax, legal, financial and audit related matters;
· Assisting in company secretarial matters;
· Assisting in any ad-hoc assignment;
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
· Higher Diploma or Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree holder in accounting or finance;
· 1-2 years of audit experience (Fresh graduate would be considered)
· A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
· Proficient in Putonghua, as well as spoken and written English.
