SOSA Group Limited is currently looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help expand and sustain their upcoming Mainland China’s projects. You will be stationed in Hong Kong & Mainland China and will be dedicated to help create and maintain an effective project-running strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through maximising the success of contract bidding and establish strong relationships with clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans to improve project management focusing both on financial gain and customer satisfaction 

• Conduct research to identify new markets, opportunities, increasing the value of current clients while attracting new ones

• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients 

• Attend conferences, meetings and industry events 

• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives 

• Prepare contracts and developing quotes and proposals ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines 

• Bookkeeping of all project related documents, contracts, revenues, invoices etc. 

• Provide trustworthy feedback and support to clients

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients

• Oversee new marketing initiatives 

• Conduct research & development in reputable Mainland Chinese material suppliers

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a business development manager or experienced in project management of architectural & interior design projects

• Experiences in the hospitality industry would be considered

• Proven track record of successful project completions 

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

• Proficiency in MS Office and design software 

• Proficiency in English and Chinese 

• Market knowledge 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills 

• Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills 

• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant experiences would also be considered
