Job Description
Chunky Onion Productions is an event management & production company specialized in creating, managing and producing themed gala dinners, cocktail receptions, conferences, store & office openings and product launches. We cover all aspects of event planning and execution.
We are hiring an Event Manager with a minimum of two-years experience in the event industry who shall be responsible for the following:
1.Preparing budgets and creating comprehensive proposals for client events
2.Developing and resourcing new ideas for events
3.Making presentations to clients
4.Following up and communicating with clients on events prior to, during and after events
5.Managing events from conceptualization to completion
6.Liaison and coordination with production team / vendors / venues
7.Attending and managing events onsite

HK$18,000 – 23,000 /month (negotiable)
