Job Overview
In this role you will be the guardian of the IT systems for the Company’s Hong Kong office.
As part of the Infrastructure team you will implement and maintain
those mission-critical systems under the supervision of the team leader.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform Windows and basic Server administration, configuration and monitoring
- Provide daily IT helpdesk support services to the users including hardware, software, system and related issues
- Protect the infrastructure by enforcing the company’s cybersecurity policies
- Maintain IT hardware/software inventory and upgrade
- Supporting Networking, WAN, LAN, VPN, Antivirus and Firewall
- Collaborate with overseas colleagues to support the shared IT systems
- Liaise with software vendors and third party service providers
To be successful in this role you have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and able to work independently
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in supporting banks and financial institutions would be preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of IT support experience.
- Good communication in English

- Storage or virtualization technologies
- Incident management to minimize impact on the live production environment
- Passion for security
- Coding/Scripting experience for infrastructure automation or system administration purposes
- Any certification: CompTIA Server+, CCNA/CCNP, MCSE, LPIC, CISSP, SNIA, NCDA, VCA/VCP/VCAP
