Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and handle customer enquiries
- Prepare quotations & invoices
- Follow up with shipment status
- Arrange pick up & prepare delivery
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Working experience in 3rd party goods forwarder in airfreight value added
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed
- Friendly, responsible, customer-oriented, self-motivated, hard-working, willing to learn and able to work as a team member
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
