Job Overview

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer phone calls and handle customer enquiries  
  • Prepare quotations & invoices
  • Follow up with shipment status
  • Arrange pick up & prepare delivery

Requirements: 

  • F.5 or above
  • Working experience in 3rd party goods forwarder in airfreight value added
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • Friendly, responsible, customer-oriented, self-motivated, hard-working, willing to learn and able to work as a team member
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
