Job Overview
Responsibilities:
• Work with the Marketing Manager, Event Director and the wider team to develop and implementmarketing strategies.
Main focus on digital marketing.
• Main objectives are to drive show revenue and expand audience size.
• Execute the marketing campaigns and report on effectiveness ensuring all elements achieve.
o Audience growth – develop strategic plans and ensure marketing communications accurately reflect event positioning and key messaging.
o Sales revenue – assist sales team to plan sales campaigns for both new client growth and enhance client retention.
o Database management – list management with the support of business intelligence anddata teams.
o Budget management – assist Marketing Manager to manage marketing budgets, purchaseorders, and liaise with Finance on reporting requirements.
Skills:
• Great verbal & writing skills in English & Chinese – Mandarin is a bonus!
• Intense interest in Social Media is a big plus!
• Be creative, well thought out marketing plans, and willing to learn new things!
• Multi-tasking and deliver on time – we’re doing events!
• Good IT skills, e.g. databases, email software, marketing tools
• Commercial acumen to develop sales-led marketing initiatives
• Good attention to details – every little thing matters in the event world!
• Hold grace under pressure & being flexible to accommodate extended working hours as neededaround key show times!• Excellent communication skills – internally with our local team, regional team in Singap
