The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
- Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
- Formulate, plan and implement effective marketing plans and promotion to drive business goals
- Manage social media accounts/website, writing copies for both online and offline marketing collaterals
- Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
- Manage and allocate budget correctly
- Provide overall assistance to support the sales team when required
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent
- Proficient in using Photoshop will be advantageous
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing. However, entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
Benefits

- 0-15% Performance related pay per month
- 2% medical pay per month
Monthly Salary: SGD $2200-3000
