Job Overview

CryptAM Services Ltd is currently looking for a marketer to strengthen its team in Hong Kong. The right candidate has a dynamic and positive personality. He/She will be an important component of the team enhancing the company’s visibility in Hong Kong and across APAC through branding, digital activities, events and analysis.

Responsibilities

Website
– Oversee CryptAM websites hosted on WIX and WordPress and take the lead using your digital knowledge to implement them adding plugin to capture leads and enhance the visitors’ experience

Content Marketing

– Responsible for content management which includes the creation of authentic articles and market commentaries using multi channels such as social media, newsletters, press releases,  to communicate

Branding
– Create or review group presentations, update factsheets and other internal documents ensuring they follow branding and corporate identity while liaising with compliance to guarantee data and information compile with local regulatory requirements
– Take initiative and demonstrate your creative thinking to ensure brand visibility and make the company stands from its competitors

Events
Research relevant industry events for the management to attend, negotiate sponsorship package and liaise with event companies and suppliers for logistics related activities
Organise internal events including – but not limited to – breakfast sessions, Think Tank and cocktail receptions while staying under budget

Digital
– Create newsletters, tailored emails for communication and clients retention
– Develop landing pages using Mailchimp for lead acquisition
– Fill up the internal clients spreadsheet which act as an internal database with the contact details of all new prospects and ensure the online database is up to date

Analytical
– Get familiar with our external third party’s software provider to develop portfolio manager’s analysis and help prospects to better visualise the impact digital assets can have on their portfolio from a diversification, returns and risk perspectives. This task requires knowledge in asset allocations and financial concepts
– Prepare weekly file on Excel that includes updated NAV, strategies and indices performance for external software provider
– Lead competitor analysis, extract data and collect relevant information to communicate them to the rest of the team

Monitoring
– Monitor all digital activities filling up reports by extracting data from external platforms including Google Analytics, Social media or Mailchimp
– Make use of data to take decision and suggest implementations to optimize marketing effectiveness

Requirements
– 3 to 4 years of marketing experience within a start up or a SME company
– BA in Marketing – a specialisation in finance would be a plus
– Good understanding of the financial concepts to lead portfolio analysis and write market commentaries
– A passion for digital assets and blockchain topics to generate ideas for content marketing and help develop educational training
– Strong English writing skills – Chinese or Cantonese a plus but not mandatory
– Exceptional Microsoft Suite skills (especially with Power Point and Excel)
