Job Overview
Follow up product inquiries: get price quote, organizethe received quotations, compare pricing and mandatory compliance documents.
Samples handling: perform product testing, and preparedocumentation for product specifications.
Arrange samples sending to overseas customers: unpack,take pictures of samples, pack, issue invoices and contact courier
Follow-up orders with suppliers and managers fromorder request to on-time schedules of testing, mass production, inspection andshipping.
Experiences required: minimum 2 years
Qualification – Diploma, bachelor degree, associatedegree, master degree (Associate Degree)
Languages requirements: English (Good) + Mandarin(Good)
IT skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint,Outlook
