Operations Support Officer (OSO)

Responsibilities

1. Provide operational and clerical tasks support to the Investigation & Credit Risk Analysis (ICRA) team
2. Responsible for system management, data entry, processing, verification and report compilation
3. Conduct desk research to collect data
4. Ad hoc assignments as required

Languages

1. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage

Requirements

1. F5/DSE graduated (fresh graduate will be considered)
2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
3. Proficiency in Chinese typing is essential (Chinese – 40wpm) & English (70wpm) typing is essential
4. Minimum 1 year of working experience
5. Prepared to work under pressure
6. Immediate availability is preferred
