Job Responsibilities
-Responsible for the coordination of event management
-Work out and confirm project implementation plan with all related stakeholders, including vendor, guest speakers, and participants
-Closely follow up on project progress and make necessary amendments to the project arrangement when needed
-To provide support for on-site operations
-Handle new enquiries and follow-up actions
Job Requirements
-at least 1-year working experience in organising events or project management
-Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organised, energetic and good team player
-Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English , including Mandarin
