Job Overview

Job Description:

•To assure and improve service quality, training delivery and administration and operation efficiency

•Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate training courses / service programmes / administration and operation procedures to achieve the objectives in service / training plan

•Manage the enhancement and maintenance of training related to workplace employability program, as well as in provide updated/ efficient platform to users

•Build network and partnership with different stakeholders, including Government departments, NGOs, public organizations, community partners, funding bodies, vendors, etc.in order to gain exposure and support

•Undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualification and Experience:

•University Degree Holder, preferably in Social Science or related discipline

•Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, previous experience in social service and NGO is a definite advantage

•Sound knowledge and experience in in project management and database administration

•Knowledge in the design, development and delivery of training or related service programmes

•Initiative with mind-set for improving service quality, analytical thinking, good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, and able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and under pressure

•Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

•Proficient in PC knowledge (including Microsoft Office)
