- Responsible for cost estimation of Tender / Projects
Prepare tender submission
Obtain prices from specialist, suppliers and subcontractors
Arrange & keep tender documents systematically
Master the works required in every tender for transmission to Project team
Manage preparation of material board
Build up data of standard prices
Undertake the role of Project QS
Supervise QS team
Requirements
- Min 10 years of experience in Interiors Fit-out tenders
Can work independently for any tender and project
Able to speak fluent English
5.25 alt Saturdays
