Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform reception duty including answering telephone calls, clients greeting and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Greet all incoming guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain in and out record
  • Prepare documents by Microsoft Office
  • Provide clerical support to departments including data processing and filing 
  • Carry out filing system
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office reception and administrative duties
  • Excellent telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in a computer applications (including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing)
  • Speaks fluent English and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Pleasant, self-motivated, able to work independently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to details
  • Immediately available
