Job Overview

Job Descriptions:

  • Reporting to Director
  • Responsibility for establishing strategic regional sales plans to identify key markets and areas for growth which will include the implementation of the plan and conversion of sales leads with a strong focus on distribution
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets, analyse, review and evaluate for management approval.
  • Build and develop new markets in assigned areas, sales channels and customer accounts, monitor sales performance by forecasting and planning;
  • Coordinating the management of different accounts and channels to avoid conflict.
  • Developing specific plans to ensure the efficient and sustainable sales growth by continuing to improve distributors, essential customers retention
  • Maximize profit margin through intelligent pricing, increasing revenue and value proposition.
  • Establishing a strong dealership network where you will identify critical partners, provide training and support and maintain a proactive flow of communication and customer care.
  • Analyze monthly figures and results by comparing business data to identify any consistent results or trends, enabling the candidate to develop a strategy to respond in line with the company’s business goals.
  • To collect competitive data such as competitor pricing, technology and channel movements in the market.
  • Working with the company’s marketing team to ensure effective delivery of promotional and sales campaigns and promotional activities/events are in line with the collections marketing plan/strategy.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of solid sales experience in the shoes industry 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is an advantage.
  • Sales driven, growth mindset and a positive working attitude is a must.
  • Good network within the industry with a proven track record is highly preferable.
  • Excellent command of written, spoken English and Chinese
  • Proactive, responsible, sales oriented and able to work independently.
  • Ability to set priorities, be flexible, able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a constantly every changing environment.
  • A good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel, involving weekend business commitments and able to work long hours, including Saturdays, occasionally Sundays and public holidays
  • Candidates with less experience can be considered as assistant to Regional Sales Manager
  • HKID Card valid work permit needed
