Job Description 

• On Job training of Australian and other countries’ migration and education visa system/ application flow  
• Answer customer enquiries, follow up leads and cases  
• Prepare application documents for the visa application  
• Organize promotional events and marketing activities 
• Building long term relationships with customers and gaining referral business 
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Manager  

Requirement: 

• Diploma or degree holder with 1-2 year’s working experience
• Good tasks and cases management skills  
• Good customer service attitude and Initiative in taking the lead in solving problems  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills  
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin  

*We will provide intensive training to theright candidates
