Responsibilities ·        Promote and selloverseas properties ·        Provide highquality of pre-sale and post-sale services to clients ·        Provideprofessional property and tenancy consulting services to clients ·        Develop &maintain relationship with customers ·        Discoverpotential clients and market ·        Assist inpreparing proposals, reports, presentation and leasing particulars ·        Coordinate salesand marketing activities ·        Support ad hocduties as assigned 

Requirements ·        No EAA License isrequired ·        0-3 years ofrelevant experiences ·        Proficiency in MSOffice (PowerPoint and Excel) ·        A goodteam-player, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills ·        Works well underpressure, highly motivated to outreach goals and targets ·        Fluent inCantonese and Mandarin ·        Required to workon weekends and holidays  Benefit: ·        Attractive salarypackage basic + commission ·        Medical Insurance ·        MPF
