Aspart of our new strategic plan our business is restructuring its sales andmarketing functions to create a ‘scalable’ structure to manage a major increasein leads and sales.


JobDescription

LeadGeneration & Marketing

You will be responsible for ensuringthe effective management of leads within your sales pipeline, trackingprogression, lead qualification and prompt follow-ups. In addition, this roleinvolves working closely with the regional sales and marketing team, owning thecompany CRM system and process, and ensuring it’s effective usage by all.


Administrativeassistance

The ideal candidate will haveexperience working closely with management and possess excellent administrativeand organisational skills. They will be a strong team player with exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills and have the knowledge and ability todemonstrate initiative. Diplomatic and discreet in approach, this candidatewill be able to manage a complex and demanding workload, will be able to workto deadlines and have the ability to assimilate large quantities of written andverbal communication. This candidate will also have good computer skills and beable to use a variety of office software packages. The right candidate willalso be well organised & capable of multi-tasking.


SalesSupport

This candidate will act as a supportfor our sales team and work alongside our UK based sales progression team. Theywill also liaise with other team members and clients via email and telephone,so possessing a polite and friendly telephone manner as well as confidence intheir use of Microsoft Outlook is a necessity. Our products are constantlychanging, so an ability to quickly grasp new product specifications will bekey. In addition, they must be able to multi-task and prioritise workloads inorder of importance. As a company it’s vitally important for us to help allteam members grow and develop their skills within their role. We’re looking fora real strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communicationskills and someone who has the ability to demonstrate initiative where required.


Responsibilities

  • Owning our company CRM system, ensuring its effective usage, not only by our tele sales department, but also by territory sales and marketing team
  • Managing the flow of sales ‘prospects’ through our sales funnel, ensuring a prompt response to any new lead with a clear allocation of actions
  • Working with marketing on campaign plans and performance tracking
  • Receiving and dealing with telephone calls professionally, re-directing messages, taking messages, and ultimately using initiative to deal with queries.
  • Effective management of our electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and the reallocation of these appointments as necessary.
  • Providing support for an extensive range of meetings. This will include preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers, noting action points and following them up.
  • Acting as a key liaison point between the senior managers and other key parties, setting up meetings as appropriate and maintaining good communications.
  • Supporting the company’s marketing function
  • Organising and managing the in-house database system for marketing use
  • Provide status reports and update as necessary
  • Set up and coordinate meetings, including conference calls
  • Support the sales effort

  • Client Communications
  • Organisation of client database & management of the in-house database and email systems, for marketing use and segmentation of clients.
  • Liaising with marketing on new developments
  • Following up on sales meetings
  • Account & CRM management
  • Assisting with reservation emails & forms
  • Building client relationships
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with the grade of the post
