Hands-on experience managing Oracle Golden Gate
Hands-on experience with Oracle & MSSQL High availability technology (Real Application Clusters, Golden Gate, RMAN, Dataguard, MSSQL always on
Provide high quality, balanced analysis, and advice on a range of issues of considerable complexity within specified SLA
Comply with ITIL framework (Incident Management, Change Management,)
Provide Incident troubleshooting and support for the Databases infrastructure, assist in providing 2nd level support during night support.
