Job Description:
Workin Maintenance Office (Monthly Salary is $22,725 plus monthly allowance of$400)
1)To draft sketches and drawings
2)To supervised contractors to conduct BS maintenance works in Public HousingEstates
3)To Take site Measurement, check cost estimate and test report
4)To prepare and update programme and database
(Remarks: Shift duty is required (ifnecessary) and holder of REW grande A is Preferred)
B.Work in Drawing Office (Monthly salary from $22,725 to $33,350)
1)To draft, prepare, update and check working drawings and presentation drawingsby CAD
2)To carry out building services calculation and design
3)To keep and update records of record drawings
4)To prepare and update programme and database
(Remark: Relevant post qualificationexperience and proficient PC, skills in CAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel,
Wordand PowerPoint are preferred.
