Job Overview
Job Responsibilities:
- – Handle general customer’s inquiries and complaints in professional manners
- – Assist in ticket reservation and points redemption
- – Advise travel recommendation to travelers including destinations and attractions
- – Provide excellent customer service to customers
- – Ensure professional service standards are being met
Job Requirement:
- – Higher Diploma holder/ Associate degree holder or above (Fresh grad welcome)
- – Customer service part-time and intern experience will be an advantage
- – Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- – Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- – Immediately available is highly preferable
