Job Responsibilities:

  • – Handle general customer’s inquiries and complaints in professional manners
  • – Assist in ticket reservation and points redemption
  • – Advise travel recommendation to travelers including destinations and attractions
  • – Provide excellent customer service to customers
  • – Ensure professional service standards are being met

 

Job Requirement:

  • – Higher Diploma holder/ Associate degree holder or above (Fresh grad welcome)
  • – Customer service part-time and intern experience will be an advantage
  • – Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • – Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • – Immediately available is highly preferable
