Job Overview
Job duties:
- Convey design thinking into visualisable plan user flows, wireframes, visual design and prototypes/mock-ups
- Manage and execute on Web UI/UX design initiatives
- Understand and respond to performance data (metric tests, usability studies), and steer the direction of future creative designs
- Understand user experience best practices for web design & mobile interactions
- Create web UI/UX designs for SaaS interfaces
- Work with internal and/or client stakeholders to ensure project delivery
Requirements:
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (including top-up Bachelor’s degree), a Master’s degree or a Doctor’s degree awarded by a local university, or jointly awarded by a local university together with a non-local university
- Major in Information Technology, Interaction Design, Business Information System, Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a UX/UI designer with strong digital platform and software development experience
- Prior experience in managing Mobile Apps or website UX/UI design
- Able to define UX research hypophysis and topics
- Prior experience of building or enhancing JS-based SVG manipulation tools
- Basic knowledge of coding and grid system, e.g. HTML, CSS
- Prior experience of optimising JS to improve UI rendering speed
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools, e.g. Photoshop, illustrator
- Good knowledge in UX software, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions would be an advantage
