Assistant to Director

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

    Contact vendors and clients by call, meeting or invitation,

    Prepare Proposal and do market research & survey,

    Perform full secretarial and administrative support to director

    Organize and prepare business presentation, reports, minutes and supporting documents

    Organize online / offline event for clients

    Prepare periodic and adhoc management reports

    Work with different departments to coordinate various company activities, functions and schedules

    Support in various internal operation processes of the Company

    Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Experience & Qualifications

 

    Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business Admin;

    2-3 years relevant work experience;

    Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

    Good writing skills in both Eng and Chinese

    Good communication and presentation skills;

    Fast respond, proactive, aggressive and independent;
