Assistant to Director
Duties & Responsibilities
• Contact vendors and clients by call, meeting or invitation,
• Prepare Proposal and do market research & survey,
• Perform full secretarial and administrative support to director
• Organize and prepare business presentation, reports, minutes and supporting documents
• Organize online / offline event for clients
• Prepare periodic and adhoc management reports
• Work with different departments to coordinate various company activities, functions and schedules
• Support in various internal operation processes of the Company
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Experience & Qualifications
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business Admin;
• 2-3 years relevant work experience;
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good writing skills in both Eng and Chinese
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Fast respond, proactive, aggressive and independent;
